1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• Your account password is solely your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.

• Your kami33 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred to another person.

Kami33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in suspicious activity, use of false information, or any violation of these terms without prior notice. Any balance in a restricted account may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the kami33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kami33 supports a range of local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members.

• Users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.
• The name on your bank account or eWallet must match the name registered with kami33.
• kami33 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.
• kami33 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review purposes where necessary.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Kami33 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on their respective promotions pages. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made.

• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, kami33 will resolve the matter based on valid system records.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Closure & Suspension

• Closure request initiated by the user.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Kami33 strives to ensure the platform runs smoothly, securely, and without interruption. However, kami33 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Internet connectivity issues on the user's end that affect the gaming session.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own disclosure of their password or account information.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

Under no circumstances shall kami33's total liability to any user exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Kami33 reserves the right to modify, update, or improve any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
